First Night Oil City

This fun-filled, family-oriented, non-alcoholic New Year’s Eve festivity is coordinated by the Oil City Arts Council and will serve as the culminating event of our year-long celebration of Oil City’s Sesquicentennial Celebration.
This wonderful annual community New Year’s Eve event will feature a terrific lineup of entertainment at multiple venues in Oil City.
